The process of creating a video involves three phases. The pre-production phase, production and post-production phase. Each phase is critical, and we have various things that must be observed. The whole process is varied a mainly depends on want needs to be achieved by the producer.
This phase involves the following stages
Fact-finding- at this stage, you have to bring your video production to discuss goals, strategy, purpose for your strategy and the way you want to use your video at the end.
Pre-production meeting – this usually depends on the point person and your video producer. Here you have to identify the character, timeline and location details.
Site visit – this also depends on the complexity of your video, you will be required to visit your location, mainly if your videographer has never visited the site.
Shoot preparation- the producer has to ensure the script is approved and revised before proceeding to the second phase.
