Co-Owner Management Services
- Maintenance of Co-Owner Database: Maintain a computerized database on all units including co-owner name, phone number, email (as available), mailing address, transaction history, rental status, maintenance history, etc.
- Maintenance of Co-Owner Files: Arch Realty will maintain a detailed file on each co-owner, including all correspondence, work requests, architectural requests, delinquency, violation notices, current deeds, and designated voter forms. These files will be neat and organized and available to the Board upon request at the Arch Realty Office.
- By-Laws/Master Deed/Rules and Regulations Enforcement: As directed by the Board of Directors, Arch Realty will correspond with those co-owners who are in violation of the regulations of the association. Arch Realty also handles all telephone calls concerning violations and complaints about violation letters. These violations range from unauthorized parking to noise complaints, pet rule violations, common area damage, etc.
