Administrative Services
- Process New Co-Owners: Provide banks and financial institutions with necessary paperwork to close. Send out Welcome Package/Handbook to co-owners within 30 days of receipt of Warranty Deed/Title Paperwork.
- Contact with Professional Service Providers: Upon the specific direction of the Board of Directors, Arch Realty will contact the Associations attorney or any other professional consultant regarding matters of the community and obtain answers to the specific questions of the Board.
- Routine Correspondence: Generate and send out any and all correspondence deemed necessary by the Board of Directors; including by not limited to late notices, maintenance notices, community announcements, newsletters, etc.
- Attend Regular Association Meetings: Prepare for and attend regular board meetings. Arch Realty will prepare and provide an agenda and all materials required for discussion and/or decision making to each board member in advance.
- Attend Annual Association Meetings: Prepare for and attend annual association meetings. Arch Realty will make arrangements to reserve meeting space as well as adequately prepare all materials to hold the annual election.
- Professional Advice to Counsel: Upon the request or need of the Board of Directors, provide management advice regarding procedures, formulation of rules and regulations, feasibility of various projects, contractor reputation and/or performance, notices to unit owners, etc. The Board of Directors is free to accept or decline that professional management advice in any matter since the decision-making responsibility belongs solely to the Board.
