Designation of Voting Representative

A Designation of Voting Representative form must be on file with the Association in order to vote. If you are the sole owner of your unit you still must fill this form out designating yourself as the designated voter and sign the form. If there are two co-owners of a unit, one must be named the designated voter and the form must be signed by both co-owners.

3. Statement of Agreement

The undersigned, being the Co-Owner(s) of this unit hereby designate(s) the representative listed above pursuant to the Condominium By-Laws as the individual representative who shall vote at the meeting of the Association and receive all notices and other communications from the Association on behalf of the undersigned Co-Owner(s).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is further agreed that either (but no more than one) of the undersigned may be counted for quorum purposes and vote in person at any meeting of the Association unless the undersigned cannot agree as to who shall vote at such meeting, in which event only the above-designated representative may cast such vote.
