Now Taking 2012-2013 Reservations

Looking to reserve your house/apartment for the 2012/2013 leasing term?

If so you have come to the right place, Arch Realty has hundreds of homes available near the University of Michigan Campus and all around Ann Arbor.

In order to reserve a house that is available for September 2012 you must sign a reservation agreement. Arch Realty gives our residents 70 days from the move in date to decide if they would like to renew their lease another year. We take reservations during that period, as long as the current residents of the house do not renew by 11-11-12 your lease is valid.

In order to reserve a house you will need to submit all applications, pay necessary depsoits, and sign the lease agreement.

If the residents do sign a renewal lease for the house you reserved the reservation is cancled and all of your money would be returned.

No reservation is required for leases starting in May 2012, please contact our office for a listing of these properties.
